From the title I am thinking that this is a Cow Boat for transporting cows across or up and down the river, it is very utilitarian. The icy water is wonderful with the yellow grains reflecting on it. Great details of the cut grass or grains in the foreground and the tall ones with brush and trees on the other side. Why did the cow cross the river in a boat?

Nicely shot. I would have liked to see the colour in the bread warmed up and enriched a bit to make it look more appetizing, but it is good nonetheless.
