While you didn't exactly go in the direction of the originator's intent (i.e.he wanted a blurry shot given his notes), I can't argue that this isn't much better. Actually way way better. Good job. |

Man, it is pretty hard to turn plain rice into an interesting photo. But you have nice focus and good b/w conversion, so decent score. |

yes, this looks much more like rice. It would have been cool to see a little bowl of rice or something like that; however, I understand that you probably didn't want to change too much from the original for fear of dnmc. I like the b&w - adds interest and takes the yuck part out of it |
