I love the angle you chose - the teahouse with the estate beyond. Makes for a nice juxtaposition, and the stream provides an excellent leading line back to the estate. I think the grey day served you well in this instance. I think there may be just a bit too much sharpening for my taste, but I tend to undersharpen.

Good job! I didn't immediately see the connection. Great lighting and props. I'm really surprised by the amount of crumbs on the packaging plate. Thats not usually something you see with a product shot.
I also think the salad bowl has to much prominence in the scene. Cropping some from the left side would allow the plate to take center stage.

Superb composition that takes my eyes from the gazebo to the stream and toward the estate. It just works. The twigs and branches also serve the composition well by filling in an otherwise dull sky.
