OMG - that's Brie, my fav! It looks divine!
wrap that sucker in phyllo dough, brush the layers with melted butter - several layers at a time - maybe add a layer of raspberry/current jam? Bake at 350 til the dough is golden brown.

here's the tricky part - serve it elegantly with toasted French bread slices - or plunge a drinking straw in that sucker and slurp away! Seriously!

Oh this is so amazing to me. Like a life on another planet. It would never in a million years get cold enough here to freeze a lake -- to ice skate outside. It looks charming and indeed wonderful in every respect.
