The umbrella gives it just the right amount of softness. Even though not my kind of cheese, it looks good enough to eat! |

Really great shot with wonderful lighting, looks light something straight out a glossy magazine!

OMG - that's Brie, my fav! It looks divine!
wrap that sucker in phyllo dough, brush the layers with melted butter - several layers at a time - maybe add a layer of raspberry/current jam? Bake at 350 til the dough is golden brown.
here's the tricky part - serve it elegantly with toasted French bread slices - or plunge a drinking straw in that sucker and slurp away! Seriously! |
