dappledby tnunComment by Yo_Spiff: Contrast seems really low and the whole image appears both soft and oversharpened at the same time. I think you were possibly trying to achieve a dreamlike effect and it came close, but I'm afraid it quite doesn't work for me. |

poppyworksby tnunComment by colorcarnival: I'm surprised at no comments. I've been wanting to try something like this where the flower is lit from the back and you capture the inner glow. That part is cool. The trick is how do you get that center part in focus and that's just something I don't know how to do lol. That inner glowy part is gorgeous! |

A close crop to exclude the bright petal on the left might be something to try. |
