Your horizon is not level -- this needs to be rotated clockwise. I also feel like the people in this photograph are almost a footnote or afterthought. With so many loud colors competing for attention, it's hard to know where to look -- or what the story is.

i must admit i am not a fan of colour street work. sometimes it works and other it falls flat in its face. This just about works as the colours are vibrant and punchy. the thing that spoils it for me is that the couple is a little too far back in the shot. and there is a little lean to the left.

OK, I get the idea, but what are those towers blocking your view of? The only thing in the picture is the sky, and you seem to have a decent view of that. Might have been better to shoot across the towers, so we see the blocked view in the background. Its a nice picture though, and good job on the black and white conversion.
