4/7 Jumping at the Lineby jonfrommkComment by fotofan: Sorry you didn't get your perfect shot, but this is a very fun picture. You stopped the action which is hard to do even with the high quality settings. Some times a noisy shot looks great in B&W with contrast, it makes it appear sharper. |

When Popcorn Dreamsby jonfrommkComment by Catherine_B: Interesting perspective, and idea, but it doesn't really work all that well for me.... I think I would have found the image more appealing if we weren't looking up the rocket. But I'm not entirely sure. |

4/7 Jumping at the Lineby jonfrommkComment by Charlene: Based on your description of Rugby players, I'm getting that they're weak and fragile boys, right? So because of this I'm wondering if anyone has ever been dropped from the lift? (Serious question, not a serious impression though)
Great composition, and I love the motion you obviously caught. Not a typical image, which makes this very cool. And yes, the sky could use some help, but you may just have to leave England to get a nice sunny sky. |

4/7 Jumping at the Lineby jonfrommkComment by Balko: Too bad the sky did not cooperate here as it is too strong here - the faces of the two players are not easily seen. Also I would pull back farther as the backs of the three players seems to take over. Then perhaps a bit of S&H might bring out the people better. |

3/7 Coffee...Shudderby jonfrommkComment by fotofan: I love coffee! And your picture. The desat looks good, the bit of green adds interest as does the movement of the person on my right. I'm thinking a different angle may have eliminated the pole on the left. |

Real Men Drink Juiceby jonfrommkComment by bassbone: Jon
I did like this shot - and looking at the histogram of votes, so did many others. However, as others have stated, the levels seem to be off. I did a quick adjustment of bringing in the whites and modifying the greys and it sure did make a big difference in punch.
pm me you want to discuss
