Canal Lock Balancing Armsby jonfrommkComment by cools98: Fit Challenge Criteria: 1/2
Contrast/Color: 1/2
Composition: 0/2
Photo Quality: 1/2
My Subjective Affinity: 0/2
I can't see two of anything in this shot that presents itself as the subject in this shot. I obviously don't know what I'm looking for, so I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. The composition doesn't include anything that says "Look at Me!" in it. My eyes wander the photo over and over again until I get frustrated and decide I have had enough. The shadows in the foreground are distracting since they don't belong to anything in the photo. |

Canal Lock Balancing Armsby jonfrommkComment by EBJones: While you got a great DOF, and I like the detail in the closer arm, this shot does not really have a distinct focal point to which the eye is drawn. |

Why...can't you just WIPE YOUR FEET!!!!!!!by jonfrommkComment by e301: So close together, these footsteps; those, perhaps of a near-invalid, or a sneak. Perhaps that's it - perhaps it's just evidence, and we might read into the few elements we have left to judgement some story of burglary, or given the kitchen-floor feeling, something more sinister. If it wasn't for your title, that is. |

Colin, can you hear me? OMG!!! Colin? Colin!!!!!!!!!!!!by jonfrommkComment by escapetooz: Adding to what everyone else said. Context is key here, as was said with a cany dish or something. Perhaps even have a "crowd" of other colored gummies staring at the "body". It would be funny if you could find gummies with actual reactions.
To solve the "blob" problem you could have gotten cookies like teddy grams or gingerbread men.
I think a different title too. First reaction is I usually hate long titles. Simple is best. and I hate the use of "OMG" lol... ahhh acronyms. Maybe simply "They got Bob!" or "Not Again!" Perhaps even something serious to contrast the rediculous like "trajedy" or "dispare"
and of course the technicals would have to be pretty spot on. |
