Can we shrug our shoulders and muse, he or she hasn't consciousness as we determine it, is therefor insensible to pain? Maybe no dreams, and so no nightmares? These lines of inquiry can be overwhelming, so we save our sanity be backing off. At least I do. In the end, self-preservation.

he was facing down in the actual photo Maricua .. and i added a much more interesting background to the actual oof green grass .. but i wanted to imbue it with more meaning in a way .. life can be so difficult .. and it seems like we face so many up-hill hurdles .. and when you think about it .. the climb .. altho difficult at the time .. can lead to some wonderful things .. well that's what i keep telling myself .. :)
