Heatwave with grasshopperby rozComment by SandyP: Every time I think you've outdone yourself, you outdo yourself once again :) The multiple images are put together so masterfully to make even a bug look like it should be hanging on a wall :) |

Heatwave with grasshopperby rozComment by jomari: This is fabulous, Roz! I love this oh-so-clear little grasshopper surrounded by the magical greens and golds and glistenings. My pick for the blue. 10 |

Our Beautiful Worldby rozComment by noraneko: Roz, this caught my eye during the challenge and again when reviewing the results. The soft colors and textures are so beautiful against the butterflyâs sharp eye and proboscis. A wonderful shot! |

Heatwave with grasshopperby rozComment by streetpigeon: Wonderful study of this grasshopper in its environment. Lovingly photographed. The bokeh is amazing. Off-center, in my opinion, might have worked better.
Beautiful. |

The Nectar Collectors by rozComment by noraneko: Roz, I have many more images to take in from your portfolio, as itâs prolific and the images deserve time and attention. But, this one TOTALLY blew me away the moment I opened it. Literally, I said âwow!â The technical execution of those perfectly crisp, sharp ants, the composition, and beautiful shallow DOFâ¦and those colors! I took a look at your exposure settings and think I may be using slightly too shallow DOF when I shoot insects. Iâm going to take a book out of the master Roz playbook and try around an f/7. Just awesome!!!! xx |
