day 5. feb 08 slice of life. an overabundance of rainby rozComment by Ken: The top part with the plants is well done, but the bottom part with the reflections just makes the shot, especially the little bits of grass sticking up. And certainly your pp brings it all together just perfectly.
A good flash can do wonders, especially indoors and bounced off the ceiling. |

survival of the quickestby rozComment by colorcarnival: I am not a fan of bug pics lol. They just creep me out. And this one does too - but only because of the clarity and focus. It is so real! I love the balance of orange and yellow in this pic. Congrats on the top 10 in a FS! |

survival of the quickestby rozComment by Alicia: Yay! Top Ten in FS!! Glad this made up for the - ahem - bird photo. This is the most awesome catch. Go to National Geographic and look around on their site for a way to submit incredible nature photos. I mean - I'm pretty sure that NONE of us have ever seen a dragonfly eat a fly. I didn't even know that flies were on their menu. In any case - CONGRATULATIONS!!!! |
