Radial Symmetryby noranekoComment by tpbremer: This would make a good stock image for a textbook, but it lacks some of the intensity of other entries in this challenge. |

Radial Symmetryby noranekoComment by tootsweet: You might think I'm crazy here, but the symmetry of the shell almost dictates a symmetry of shot. You've got the cropping right, but the shell is placed asymmetrically within it. A slight twist to the right and you've got a perfect star, a perfect shell, perfect coloring and perfect cropping. |

Outside Inby noranekoComment by bassbone: Catherine - This is just stunning. I love the expression, the deep rich tones, and the feel of the whole thing. Congrats on a well deserved top 10. |

Swan Lakeby noranekoComment by skewsme: Aaah that's a nice histogram! You made a good subset of people feel something - which, IMO, is often more satisfying than making something so technically adept that voters can't justify giving a low score. I would be very happy if any of the scads of (unintentionally) blurry swan shots I've taken came out like this! This looks amazing from a distance - truly impressionistic. Kudos!
