Day 17 - A Predator in the Neighborhoodby MaryOComment by MelonMusketeer: A lot can be learned from the way hawks just sit and watch quietly for long periods of time. I do the same when I am looking for a photo op, and the overall scene does not seem to have anything good to shoot.

Day 18 - The Very Last Leafby MaryOComment by Mr_Pants: I love the minimalist nature of the leaf against the abstract background. Our Japanese Maple lost its leaves ages ago. I think that it's probably just another plant that's succumbed to our poor gardening skills. |
