I'll blame my really slow internet ..
took two minutes for a photo to load yesterday .. and that's my story ..!! ..
non fiction btw ..
anyway .. this is truly and stunning and powerful image .. it really brings home the power of nature ..
but also there's this clinging to life feel .. almost like a sadness and loneliness ..
that little tree .. all alone in a tempest .. so close to the brink ..
I'm sure many ppl have felt the same ..

I love the flowers, both sharp and blurred. I am finding it tough to integrate the way the sharp left and right bracket the dreamy center, but it is interesting and holds my attention. Maybe it should be approached like candy, a strawberry truffle.
