Safe Behind the Fenceby MaryOComment by dahkota: I think this works for the challenge. I can't really say I'm really interested beyond that (not very compelling). I wish there had been a slight curves adjustment to balance the lights and darks a little better. 6 |

Budsby MaryOComment by AJSullivan: A little too grainy, and plastic!!! I get there are 9 berries, but they don't really call out to me as the subject...maybe if they were more vibrant. |

Soaringby MaryOComment by AnnaXT: This is definitely a red-shouldered hawk!! Especially since you said you have been hearing him, they're pretty noisy. Coopers tails don't fan out like that and are smaller and Red-tails only have barred tails as juveniles. You can see the reddish tint to his "shoulders" too! |

Safe Behind the Fenceby MaryOComment by Melethia: Gorgeous use of OOF - the fence creates the gridded overlay; the light is wonderful behind the creature, and you can still see the eyes. Very lovely! |

Green Heron Perchedby MaryOComment by MelonMusketeer: I have also found these birds to be rather reclusive unless they are accustomed to seeing a lot of people, like at a park or boardwalk. That was a good cloning job. I can't tell where you fixed it. |
