Ladder of Deathby jackal9Comment by bassbone: when i looked at the thumb - I had no idea what this was! Sweet perspective. Did you try climbing it to get a better view? I really enjoy the lighting - especially the shadow behind the ladder - nice contrast for the rest of the elevator |

Ladder of Deathby jackal9Comment by jonfrommk: I love the POV on this, again you have really capture the feeling of height. Almost feels like with a bit of cropping it could have been an entry for the vanishing point competition.

Gothicby jackal9Comment by jonfrommk: Shoot what a great church and image. Some top PP going on there. love the contrast against the sky tht gives the church a real imposing (and possibly doom laden) air about it
Almost tempted to suggest it could be cropped a bit tighter to lose the telegraph pole on the left and the small building on the right, but this might actually detract from the overall effect as given that these are both relatively small keeping them in heightens the impression that this church dominates everything |

Ladder of Deathby jackal9Comment by SandyP: Ok. . tomorrow, let's see onen taken from the top step on the ladder looking down :) Juuuuuuust kidding! I've had to do that sort of thing for some of the work pictures I have to take -- and it scares me to DEATH!
The perspective on this is amazing! What a very cool, interesting photo!

Clock Towerby jackal9Comment by sherpet: Love the composition, and how you used the rule of thirds for positioning the tower in this image.
I like it a lot..... |
