Waiting for Somethingby JPRComment by ubique: I always enjoy seeing what you see, JP. Always audacious, always interesting, always challenging the viewer. This one is all of those things and I love it. Favourite. |

Death and a Ladyby JPRComment by e301: Even without seeing the 'ladybug' - which would anyway be difficult, given the colouration - I certainly got a feeling ffrom this image which matched your title: almost entirely impressionistic, really, as I'd be very hard pushed to sya exactly why this worked for me. Too many of the properly sophisticated photographers here have ceased submitting very often, and I'm very glad that you continue to do so, however often your stuff is misunderstood. |

For Joeyby JPRComment by Joey Lawrence: You even got the car in the background :-)
And it's not just dead, it's crippled and dead, just like mine
Awesome picture and editing too |

Emptyby JPRComment by Joey Lawrence: Originally posted by bpickard: I have to resist the urge to run my fingers across the screen because you've really captured the wood textures beautifully. The cage really stands out (dodging?) and seems at odds with the apparent light available. However, I genuinely like this super-real treatment. Great work, as always. Ben |
