George Washington reflecting (look close)by jimsappComment by jimsapp: Thanks to all who commented on this photo. I probably made a mistake thinking "reflecting" instead of "reflection". The photo is of a rock formation that looks like George Washington looking up to the sky. Think of Mt. Rushmore turned sideways. Hopefully more of you will see him now. I think George had a lot to reflect on, don't you? |

George Washington reflecting (look close)by jimsappComment by HBunch: Well, I like this shot, it's really clever, and the likeness to washington is amazing. I guess I don't understand how it's reflecting. I know there are full reflection shots this week, and "mental reflection" shots, so I assume there is some kind of reflection here, but I am not seeing it. Can't penalize you for my ignorance though, so here is what I think technically. The angle and framing/cropping are great, and the sky is just perfect. Ligjting conditions are really good for this shot. The colors are nice, and I really like the concept. Overall nice shot! Good luck in the challenge. ~Hbunch7187~ |

As I type this my daughter (4) walks up and says "It's a big guy rock"... I guess it's there... You see it... she sees it... I'm the clueless one... I'm bumping your score up... |
