A lot to appreciate in this orange soaked image. The top and bottom layers frame the central sky, mountains and wind turbines. The turbines take on the aspect of technological calligraphy, or semaphores. They contrast subtly, but pointedly, with the birds. The sparkling bottom layer contrasts nicely with the smoothness of the upper portions. All of a piece, a lovely one at that.

Oh yeah. I tried to mimic something like this just recently. Didn't quite get the results you did. :-) I guess if I had any nit I would like to see it with a little less sky. But, it's very cool as is.

I really liked this one. The texture on the waves is lovely; so is the color palette. And that spot of sunlight shining on the water and in the clouds makes the whole thing pop.
