This truly is a beautiful image, but I am having difficulties in associating it with the challenge description. It is not my intention to penalize you for failing to grasp the connection that is to be made, but fear that you might suffer the wrath of some voters.

I could be mistaken, but I suspect that you have a few dust spots at about mid page in the left side of the image.

This has such a strange feeling to it. Kinda like a toned map impressionistic painting...I love the angle of the hill that devides the photo into triangles and the center aspen tree creating some much needed tension in the composition. Overall very well done. I voted earlier in the week and just wanted to leave a comment. 7

Personally, I am drawn to the big fluffy clouds. Not as powerful as the mountain in the background of course lol. Very nice black and white contrast but I would like to see this in color as well. Nice job!
