Kind of a neat approach to the challenge. A unique POV for the composition. A bit heavy-handed on the noise reduction is giving it a comical/cartoonish feel IMO.

Ok, "censored" I get with the tape over the mouth, but the background is both distracting and does not support the message. Whatever is happening with the textures - something just seems to be off here. You've got this screaming guy...screaming about what? Because he's blurry and grainy for no apparent reason? An extra point for a good try and the benefit of the doubt on working hard to achieve a message; sorry, I just feel this missed the mark.
