I wonder if this is Levy's picture, ha ha, I can see why people wondered. My Guess this could be a long time Exposure shot you could have shot one, switched to a different zoom setting and uncovered the lens. Just like the shot of the Jefferson and two Washington Memorials that was talked about in a tutorial.

Heck if atmospherics are just right you can get this effect close to the horizon. without any camera games!

Congrats on the validation and the fav! :D It's a very cool shot. Did you use a split-field filter or a very long lens? I remember you asking about how to accomplish this in a thread not so long ago and can't remember all of the details. Good luck! :)

Honestly I like this one the best of your outtakes or your entry, but as for score I think you made the best choice. I may have cropped a little off the right to get the person out of the screen and made the person seem even more solitary.
