Yes, the altitude in the title is accurate; I took this from the top of Mt Haleakala in Maui, and instead of ocean there were clouds at 6000 feet.

Another terrific picture. You eye moves through the entire frame both on the inside and the outside. It is a beauty and the light and people add a very interesting depth. I'm surprised this one did so poorly, I'm guessing people thought it was some sort of mirror.

Here is one example where I think the photo is lacking. You have good placement of the horizon and the colors are good. Just all the interest is on the same plain. My eye does not want to move, it just stays at the horizon. A boat, a tree, the curve of the land toward the front of the image would have lent alot to this image.

Another great photo. Great placement and lines. Huge hill in the front with smaller symmetric hills in the back. Works really well.

Wonderful picture and composition. The lines are strong as most of your photos, but here you are incorporating the near/middle/far aspect and you eye is lead from front to back and all around the photo. The clouds might be overblown a bit, but otherwise a terrific shot.
