Composition is pretty good. Image is a bit boring probably as there are quite a few similar images. Lighting is terrible. Get your flash off your camera. Either bounce it off something or get a master slave setup, but flash straight on is bad bad bad.

A terrific silhoutte, man on top of the world capture. I like the gently slope of the mountain which I think adds a tremendous amount and helps move your eye left to right. The person walking also helps with the same eye movement. The rounded clouds then moves you back the other way. Finally, the centered sun lining up with the bottom folks brings you up and down. As you can tell, eye movement is terrific here. A wonderful photograph.
