amazing macro work here...I am a real border fan as I think they can really enhance the image, but I find this one really competes and looks too much like your background...that's just me. I love the composition and the crispness 9

This shot brings back that whole experience. We saw lots of babies about this size, many with nobody coming to visit them. It was a very emotional thing to go through. What really amazed me was the success rate the NICU had with so many of these early premies.

We were fortunate to have as short a stay in the NICU as we did. Here is a shot I took of our daughter Maddie when she was 6 days old:
