Lovely shot, i really like it.

The comments that you have received pretty much tell you all you need to know with this shot. A fast shutter speed would maybe illuminate the blurry boats. A little more saturation or selective colour would have given your colours some more depth. You have some in camera splotches in the top left corner that you could clone in in Advanced editing.

Overall a pretty shot, well done

I love the colors but I feel the image isn't balanced - there is too much light with only a touch of dark. Alternatively, you could go with light only and remove the black splotch altogether but as it is, it feel unsettled, and not in a good way. I do think the blur works really well though. 6

In my opinion, this appears to be more abstract extreme OOF, instead of something that portrays “missed focus”. But the colors are lovely. I am not very fond of the dark area in the lower right corner, but the orange and green are very beautiful!
