this is totally EXCELLENT .. everything is pretty soft and subtle and then you have the boat which is not soft or subtle at all .. the boat stands out so well in this scene .. an impressive photograph ..

Very interesting use of grain to an extreme - at first view I was put off by it, but it's beginning to grow on me. It lends far more drama to the scene, especially to the sky, than probably was in the original capture. The framing is very nice, especially with the relatively empty foreground except for the nun walking toward the viewer. I think we forget sometimes that this is how photos used to look, before we had the ability to make them all smooth and shiny. Nice job.
