Liquid Lifeby TarbiniComment by lionelm: Very intriguing shot. I guess it's the level on the left, I do not know if could have avoif int one way or another (back piece of paper?)? I think it makes the shot 'unbalanced' even if a perfect simetry is not always good it makes the right part 'empty'. But very intriguing and nice shot. 7 |

Rings of Timeby TarbiniComment by jjbeguin: I once visited a institute specialized in dendrochronologic studies. They can date with great precision wood remains, found in archeological digs, that came from trees cut down 5000 year ago!. Good idea, some may, however, find that the concept of number is a little unclear is this image.

Oviformby TarbiniComment by jimmythefish: Damn, this should have done better. Images with an extremely short DOF don't often do too well here, as you're painfully aware I'm sure. Very nice texture in the tiles, great colour. I really like the depth in this shot. |

Niles Canyon Railwayby TarbiniComment by mskismet: This is a fantastic shot. I love the perspective, the clarity, the contrast and the strong receding lines that draw the viewer into the picture. |

Primary Oak by TarbiniComment by micrix: i like this shot. however it would be nicer if the top of the oak would break through the borderline of the mountain or if it would not do so. the picture above is neither so nor so... |
