Doesn't work for me. The electricity post and lines don't help the composition, althought I guess this is intended. The sky is dull. The tree on the right might have been dramatic enough if it hadn't been for the distracting trees/debris in the background. The glare on the right side is distracting to me, even though I presume it's intentional given your title. The tree on the left is very distracting. Sorry...
