The selection around the parrot is too harsh. It makes him look added in. Feathering the selection a few pixels would help a lot. Overall the image seems a little over-sharpened.

Greetings from the critique club. Congrats on meeting the challenge with the voters and score on the 6+ with this nice image.

A couple of things I'd liked to have seen done to the image during PP to help the scoring would be a reduction in the amount of USM done or some more Neat image to clear up that background noise. It really takes away from what is otherwise a wonderful image. I'd also suggest using a thin white, then just a touch thicker black border to help the image stand out a bit more. Overall pretty well done and again congrats on the finish.
