Slow progressby BenComment by Phil: I like this image quite a bit. As was said below, the highlights are a bit blown out but sometimes that's actually a good thing. It works perfectly here to give me a sense of a 1940's era photograph. This is the type of shot that really grabs my attention. Good work! |

Waitingby BenComment by PhotoTess: I really like the DOF in this picture, and it looks great in greyscale. I wish I had enough courage to get some candid shots like this! Well done. |

Slow progressby BenComment by pineapple: It's a lovely photo. Tells a story of sorts. Has some pathos in it. A metaphor of life in general. |

Slow progressby BenComment by WaysOfSeeing: A very nice black and white. Highlights look a tad blown out though. You could have entered this one into either the perspective or progess challenges :) |

Squirrel climbingby BenComment by Judi: Hahaha...now this is cute. Love those little feet. I feel this is slightly overexposed.....try dropping the increasing shutter a bit which might actually come in handy with this little blighter. |

Waspby BenComment by pineapple: On the early side for wasps. I always think of them as being autumn beings. |

Daisy Chainby BenComment by Lorene: I love the green in the b/g and the sharpness on the center of the daisy. I would like to see the petals a little bit more clearly, although you probably would have had to put a shade on the sun :). I also agree that it would look superb if the petals of the top 2 daisies that are peeking into the shot were cropped out. |
