I love this photo. It's a wonderful combination of mostly colorful abstract textures with a small window of context. Also, I like the angle since it's more true to the feeling of being in a wave. I didn't expect to see this ribbon, but I'd argue that it's one of the most underrated of the challenge.

Congratulations on a great capture.

I'll admit when I first looked at this I was puzzled. But, once I realized what it was, I thought it was impressive. I assume you had a water casing, otherwise this would have probably been your last shot of 2008, as well?
