The Snowglobe Familyby posthumousComment by tnun: Oh. I thought it was a bunch of mangled toes with an enormous demon face in the background. Maybe I should adjust my set. Happy Holidays. T |

The Snowglobe Familyby posthumousComment by inshaala: The bokeh is nice apart from the harsh bit above and to the left of the statuettes, also they arent completely in focus which throws the viewer as it is obviously all the same subject and thus should be treated as such :( |

lock no lockby posthumousComment by Yo_Spiff: This is really cool. It absolutely shows the beauty in everyday things. Fits "Wabi-Sabi" to perfection. (Is that an oxymoron?) |

Enter the Woodsmanby posthumousComment by levyj413: Don, your style and my tastes do intersect sometimes, and this is one of them. :) I like the warp on the left side and the woodsman's pose - they both speak of someone getting ready to face the unknown. Scrolling around, I think the composition would be stronger if you cropped off much of the snow. |

Leaving the Treehouseby posthumousComment by levyj413: Centered, a tree coming out of her head (well, skewering her right through) - you do like to poke fingers in the eyes of the rulemongers, doncha? ;) |

lock no lockby posthumousComment by MaryO: Bit of settling occurred over time, eh? Give it another year and the ivy will cover both parts of the lock! Nice subject for this. Love the rust and weathered look; could use maybe a touch more DOF to get the right side lock part (uh, the slidey bit) in sharper focus. |
