I think desolation should give the viewer a sense of being surrounded by the desolate feeling and you've done a good job with this. |

Forgotten Landmarkby mariomelComment by mahogne: good, there is something missing that I can't put into words (so I'm not much help here), but the tone (both colour and emotion) is good, composition is good, lighting is good, etc. Nothing bad to say, just something is missing. |

In My City Gardenby mariomelComment by cpanaioti: Nice capture though a little more exposure would bring out the details in the dark areas of the wings. Less DOF would allow for a much more blurred background. |
