Perth in Watercolourby Delta_6Comment by yakatme: Great reflection on the water. I would have instinctively gone with a longer shutter speed but that would have blurred the reflection instead of capturing it the way you did. |

1. Is the horizon level? It doesn't quite feel it
2. Maybe a saturation boost on the reds would help bring the reflections out a bit more
3. Overall the shot feels cramped in the frame, we need some empty space above and below if possible

By the way, did you use a scanner for this? I wonder, if you blocked the back with a black sheet of paper, if it would help cut down on the bleed thru? Just curious. |

The Pool.by Delta_6Comment by JRalston: I would have given this a 6-7. I LOVE the color and contrast, but the composition is slightly lacking. Maybe if it was shot so that the rocks came through the frame at an angle it would have improved it? Who knows :) The color really is gorgeous. |
