Great portrait! Wonderful smile and her teeth look great. I agree with what Melethia said about the whitish look on the bridge of your model's nose. Overall tho, the facial glow looks good.

She has a great smile and very warm and engaging eyes! You should definitely shoot her more often. I'm not entirely sure I like the added light thing - it seems to be a little too "spotlightish" on the bridge of her nose. I really like the way the backlighting catches the edges of her hair, but you have quite the challenge with her to get detail in the rest of her hair because it's so dark.

cool building and colors, but just seems like a very normal approach to a building. Shooting up at it from a low stance, or a tighter crop may have helped

Engage the subject, engage the viewer. You remind me that these two things are sometimes hard to do, but you achieve it partially with the young lady's smile. The personal first person relations vs the impersonal distant third person observation. To make those two things come together requires thought, so your photo suggests to me.
