Agave Blueby sherpetComment by dcano: I think the lines on the image are flawless and the colors work. Somehow I get a very feminie sexual feel from the photo. Maybe it is the color. It is very soft and fluid like that of a womans body, but as we all know tough as nails. (After all it is women who go through child birth) Agave grown here in NM as well, actually we share a very similar climate with Australia. |

Aquatic Wavesby sherpetComment by Sunshine86: I really like how this turned out :) Makes for an awesome abstract with all the colors and textures. to me it almost looks as if it is mirrored in water-the bottom being the water. All you need is a ripple in there created by Photoshop! great image. |

Aquatic Wavesby sherpetComment by yakatme: Beautiful. It looks like the bottom is a perfect reflection on water of the top half. I'd like to play around with this concept when I find the time. Just added it to my favorites. |

Have you played with changing the hues and maybe trying for a red/purple variation? The plant and pic gives you a rendition that looks like a painting - maybe try some different hues to see what else is possible. |

Pelican Silhouettteby sherpetComment by timfythetoo: I really like this one. I would agree with one of the other comments that seeing the whole shadow could be nice - or cropping it right on out leaving the shot just the bird and water with no sand. I am still learning composition and framing myself so I am no expert, but I like this shot alot. Good capture. |

Aquatic Wavesby sherpetComment by lynnesite: That's really neat, in my head it's the Emerald City, about to meet the Wizard. ;-) I love how the "floor" looks like polished glass. |

Aquatic Wavesby sherpetComment by cycleboy: That is freakin cool. Amazing to take something we see daily and turn it into an incredible image of pattern and color variation.
You may inspire me to try some similarly creative stuff. Good work! |
