I'm watching youby NuzzerComment by Jutilda: I like the idea but it seems that it might have been slightly blurred, so oversharpening is apparent. |

I'm watching youby NuzzerComment by shamrock: I'm in awe. This is a fantastic shot, so much clarity in the blacks, and the eyes are fantastic. Would love to see the lighting/settings you used to obtain this shot. |

Alien Bug Invasionby NuzzerComment by zardoz: Maybe taking this image from a lower angle would have made the insects more menacing. I guess you would have to have them on the very edge of a table to get the camera any lower. Also the forward leg of the centre insect has been cropped off and it is those legs that are part of their menace. |

Alien Bug Invasionby NuzzerComment by jdannels: I couldn't find this movie anywhere so I will hold off voting on it. Thanks for the PM. Its not a bad macro shot but it is a little too busy and I think the cut off bugs on each side hurt the image abit. It could be you were trying to recreate the scene of the film, but when I tried to get it to load it wouldn't work and froze firefox. I think if you could have got your camera lower maybe on a tripod while the bugs were on the table the bugs would have looked even bigger. The focus and sharpness are great, if this was o a tripod I would have set the camera for the largest depth of field I could so that you would get the most details possibly. Hope some of this helps.
