Basidiomycota by crabappl3Comment by autool: My pick of the week. Flawless, but if I were picky it might be just a tad bright on the main one. An outstanding picture of a very delicate subject. 10 |

Burning Bush by crabappl3Comment by timj351: Congratulations! This is a fantastic shot. You may have gotten lucky to see such a scene but you had the forethought to have your camera ready and properly take the shot. Seems like a good amount of skill to me. Way to go.

Basidiomycota by crabappl3Comment by CLarson557: This really appeals to me because it ISN"T a flower shot after seeing so many in this challenge. Very clever and unique. Although, the lighting is just a tad harsh on the front tall mushroom, the rest are perfect. Nice detail showen, especially on the mushroom in the bottom left corner. Good luck in the challenge...I hope you do well. 9 from me. |

Texas Twilightby crabappl3Comment by cjcox5673: Nice piece of work, perfectly matched matting with pictures. Great Job.
It may be a simple question and/or technique, but could you explain how you make your "matting" for your shots, ie thin white lines around all and each individual. Do you perform this function in photoshop? or some other software. Mind sharing/explaining technique. I'm not that proficient in photoshop and would like to know how to do so.
Again, I think you did a great job with the pictures, matting, matching, text, etc.
Thanks.....Chris
