Leafby gaurawaComment by margem: Nice shot but it would be more intresting if you cropped it tighter. the white lights or whatever are a distraction from the delicate intricacy of the leaf. |

Leafby gaurawaComment by AndrewTO: Nice and simple, I like the contrast between gold/yellow leaf and greenish/bluish background, works very nicely together. Light flares at the top complement the composition well to give a balanced picture (10) |

Leafby gaurawaComment by Damian: Very nice picture, any other challenge I would give it a 8.
But from what I understand, the background is supposed to compliment the foreground, unfortunetely I canot see what the Bokeh background is.....Good shot tho...6 |

Leafby gaurawaComment by mycelium: The background whites help the composition a lot... in fact, they make it. This image probably better meets the challenge than the other 40 or so I've looked at so far. |

Leafby gaurawaComment by ahaze: The short definition of Bokeh from KenRockwell.com, which I am using for voting on this challenge: "Bokeh describes the rendition of out-of-focus points of light." Check. Is the subject enhanced by the bokeh of the background? Yes. This is similar to my own shot. Therefore I will score it highly ;) |

Leafby gaurawaComment by Bear_Music: The leaf itself is very nice. The placement of the artefacts in such a linear mode is not working IMO; the image is stratified into zones, where I'd like to see a smoother inhterplay between foreground and BG. |

Father and sonby gaurawaComment by miaminovice: Great candid photo. The wrapper, although unavoidable is distracting from an otherwise perfect picture. Still a great job -- a nine. |

Lost in treesby gaurawaComment by BAMartin: You took what looks like an overcast day and used it to your advantasge. Your colors are saturated and your details sharp. I especially like the compositional leading line of the path. Sorry this is not more helpful, I just like this photo the way it is. Good luck |
