p.s. ideas - try masks (in photoshop) to get a more seamless merger (I think there's a masking tutorial on site somewhere) and maybe consider burning/grungifying the house a little to make it look older/creepy.

the water is a distraction. should have shot closer and harder angle, or higher and more sky. the sky colour is nice, but the focus should be the buildings, upping the saturation of the buildings and lowering it for the sky should make this more apealing. Yet, it doesn't really show architecture, it just shows some buildings.

Dramatic framing adds a lot of interest to the shot. The figure is stiff and doesn't really convey the notion your title suggests. Is that an action figure (with a Kung Fu grip?). I gave this a good score but a livlier subject would have had an extra point or two from me.
