Blue Riverby GunnsiComment by Rebecca: Interesting choice on the frames, though I think that the frame on the left on its own would have been a better shot to stand alone than the sort of composite look. I like the vertical element of the fence post, the clarity of the fence against the water motion. It feels unbalanced on the right side since the small frame isn't anchored to the same spot along the bottom as the left frame. |

Weekendby GunnsiComment by annasense: Great colors and reflection... the composition gives this a very abstract feel! Lovely. |

Blue Riverby GunnsiComment by locutus: The sub-framing is an interesting technique. The juxtaposition of the sub-frames is pleasing to the eye, but I don't see anything within the sub-frames that "justifies" them.
I think it's a great idea, but this is not the right shot for it. |

Blue Riverby GunnsiComment by thomaspeople: I love the framing. Says it's been validated, so I'm voting it as I like it - which I do. Nice job.
- so how'd you set this up? |

Shadows of your dream - Fantasyby GunnsiComment by margiemu: This is very creative! I don't know how you got the shadow to look like a girl, but I like it! This one is much better than the original - I like the brighter background. Picking thing - but if you would have looked cool if you swapped the swizzle sticks so that the red was against the white background, and the blue was against the red background. |

Please! Just Eat the Green Stuffby GunnsiComment by margiemu: I like the perspective on this one, and I like the girl in soft focus. What I didn't care for so much when I was voting, is that the title made me wonder what the brown stuff at the very front of the photo was... looks like something I don't even what to think about the horse eating (ok, maybe I have too fertile of an imagination). Also, the sky is sort of flat and dull in this shot - not that you can control the wheather Ü |

Some Flowers Bloom no moreby GunnsiComment by margiemu: I like this shot. I think it definately says 'desolation'. It's dark and gloomy, the man looks lonely and down and out, and even the flowers are past their prime. Well done! |

Ioby GunnsiComment by margiemu: I think this one suffered from being in a challenge with LOTS of flower shots. The background is a little dark, and the flower maybe not quite as clear and crisp as it could be. Otherwise, this is a nice image. |
