Very nice. I like the gradient in the sky and the color is full of life. The water seems a little bland against that brilliant sky. Maybe play around with the color balance tool and gradient map, if you use photoshop, selecting just the water. It looks like there is some nice color there that could be enhanced more.

At first I wasn't sure about how you cropped her face but the way it leads out adds some flow. On the right side I think maybe you should crop a bit to remove that other leg that is barely in the shot and unlike the face doesn't enhance the overall form and flow. Btw, great lighting!

Sometimes I don't get DPC. I believe the real reason this got hammered was because it included something so many people are uncomfortable with. When I look at the top ten entries in this challenge I see abstracts that are also HIGHLY recognizable for what they truly are (i.e. kiwiness' paper, the two smoke subjects, Falc's stairs etc.) Not only is yours a visual abstract but it's also contains an abstract "idea" of social significance. I think you met the challenge and then some. Great image. Maybe it's a tad too soft but other than that I love the way you framed it.

thsi is an interesting building and composition but it seems too contrasty its hard to look at it. so light and dark at the same time. and theres some noise in the sky. possibly just from the contrast boost.Hope that helps. nothing that cant be fixed in post processing
