This photo is divied into 1/2's, it would work better in thirdds. either more sky ( making it important) or less sky ( making the foreground more important). But giving them each the same importance does not seem to work weell.

Seems like this is lacking contrast. Almost appears tone-mapped with the tones being flattened.
