by ShannonLeeComment by Haneck: Absolutely splendid! The composition works so well here. I first see the fuzzy figure in the center of the picture, and then the diagonal lines lead my eyes to the woman's face. The fuzzy figure appears to be looking towards her, and she has this sort of oblivious, happy look on her face. Very intriguing.

It is actually very similar to the sort of forest I had imagined as a young child, with the Hansel and Grettel story. I pictured the witch's candy house in this sort of forest... Very neat. :) |
