Stump & Streamby rjksteschComment by SJCarter: This shot does look a little offbalance. I think the exposure may have been a bit too long IMHO, making the water appear unreal. The black dots can be fixed easily enough in editing, but not sure that the composition/crop is all it could be - I would consider cropping more off of the right. |

Blue Ridge Sunsetby rjksteschComment by SJCarter: Beautiful shot - Love the tonal range. The image looks a little grainy and like the contrast may be turned up a little too high, but it's hard to argue with a solid score and finish. :-) Nice job!

Tranquilityby rjksteschComment by CEJ: Where is the image grain? I just don't see it. I see a lot of texture on the hills in the background due to trees, but no grain. This is a nice image. I think with slightly different processing this would be a strong image. |
