Nature, Containedby APComment by houstonian: Love the bridge as the focal point. The image has many other interesting points to look at as well. The contrast between the snow and the dark portions is great. Lovely image. -7 |

Primordialby APComment by Melethia: Heckuva nice "find" in your stash! As someone who once thought about becoming a geologist (but has since forgotten most everything), I love the striations in the rocks on the left. |

A Storm Brews in the Enchanted Forest...by APComment by Beetle: Such a lovely photo!
I don't care for the border, and it certainly doesn't say "wind" at all, but I love it, nevertheless.
I find the orange tones really important, they help balance and set off all those greens. |

The Hunterby APComment by citymars: Cool environmental photo, Adam. I'm shocked to read about your father's accident. Thanks for sharing your story and your best photo of '08. Sincere regards, |

A Storm Brews in the Enchanted Forest...by APComment by Alicia: I love this - very mystical. Before reading what the challenge was about or reading your notes I noticed the motion blur of the leaves, which is awesome. My only nitpick would be the black border, which adds nothing. Should have definitely scored higher. |

The Hunterby APComment by Lydia: What a blessing to have spent times like these with your dad. I'm sorry for your loss. The photograph is really wonderful... even without the story. |

The Hunterby APComment by bassbone: A great image, a classic AP type photo and a wonderful and happy rememberance of your Pop.
What a horrific story. I am so sorry to hear about your father passing (even if it is now almost a year gone by). |
