Intriguing facial expression. Unfortunately, the lines on whatever that is in the background are very distracting. Generally it is good to have the subject well in front of the background and use DOF to emphasize the focal point. In addition, a diffusing filter might have helped with the skin tones. Overall, this is a decent shot. Good luck in the challenge.

Center is nice and sharp, but right side of photo suffers from distracting softness - maybe stop down a stop or else back off with this lens, and crop to match above.

Excellent photo! The fog provides the perfect athmosphere. But the black lines just come across as a frame gone wrong. (Of course I can't think of a good way to make this photo into a triptych either) 7
