Like the use of the objective word irony. I enjoy the ground rusted light reflections left on the surface of your desk no sure if its the top or side but ist a nice cut pattern with rust.

Good job with the pan-and-shoot (or did you just select the background and blur?). Nice colors and saturation. Contrast could use a slight boost, IMO.

The thing about motion blur is that it has to be enough to be clearly deliberate, not to look like the background is just out of focus. Very nice try, but IMHO it just misses the mark.
